Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Hephy collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers hephy.design and our workshop pages at 3d.hephy.design and ai.hephy.design.
In short: we collect only what you give us to answer an enquiry or book a workshop seat. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers on these sites, and we never see your card, UPI or bank details.
1. Who we are
These sites are run by Hephy Design Minds & AVGC Pvt. Ltd. ("Hephy", "we", "us"), which includes Hephy Studio and Hephy Academy.

2. What we collect

Workshop payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Cashfree; we do not receive or store them.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or brief.
- To confirm your workshop seat and email you the joining link and session details.
- To admit you to the live session and support you before and after it.
- To tell you when a batch you asked about opens, and occasionally about related Hephy Academy programs. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email.
- To keep payment and tax records the law requires.
- To keep the sites secure and working.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form or enrol, and on what is needed to deliver the service you asked for and to meet our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on these sites. One page on hephy.design has a small game that saves your best score in your own browser; that score never leaves your device. Fonts and a few scripts load from Google Fonts and public content delivery networks, which see your IP address as part of delivering those files.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run these sites, and only as far as each one needs:
- Cashfree Payments: collects workshop payments and your enrolment details.
- Make: automation that sends your confirmation email after payment and keeps our enrolment record.
- Zoho Mail: our business email, used to send confirmations and replies.
- FormSubmit: delivers enquiry and waitlist forms to our inbox.
- Google Meet: hosts the live workshop sessions.
- Akamai (Linode): hosts these websites.
- WhatsApp: only if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
6. Live sessions
Workshops run on Google Meet. Other participants can see the name you join with, and your camera and microphone if you turn them on. If a session is going to be recorded, we will say so at the start.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and waitlist entries for as long as they are useful for answering you, and delete them when you ask. We keep enrolment and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
8. Security
These sites are served over HTTPS, and access to our email and enrolment records is limited to the Hephy team. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care with everything you share.
9. Children
If you are under 18, please enrol or contact us only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without that consent, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email reachout@hephy.design from the address you used with us and we will act on it.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, write to our grievance contact at reachout@hephy.design or at the postal address above. If we cannot resolve it, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
